Elise & Simon’s wedding was a beautiful and heartfelt celebration . I first met Simon a few weeks earlier for an engagement shoot in Cardiff. The happy couple were visiting Elise’s sister with Simon’s three wonderful and fun boys. The big day came around quickly, starting at the ideally situated Hilton Cobham, where Elise, her bridesmaids and immediate family prepared for the grand day.
The wedding service was conducted at the impressive St. Matthews Church, Surbiton. In this beautiful church, Elise and Simon exchanged vows in the company of their friends, family and fellow worshipers. Their desire to share their special day was underlined by an unusual cake cutting at the Church itself, so that those who couldn’t make it to the reception could further partake in their celebration.
The reception was held at the stately Burhill Golf Club, where it’s club members continued their rounds of golf whilst the bride and groom had their photographs taken.
Simon’s boys gleefully slipped into Elise & Simon’s chauffer driven car before discovering the golf buggy’s horn and taking great delight in beeping at passers by!
An energetic first dance, heralded a night of dancing to live music followed by an impressive fireworks display by Platinum Fireworks. Elise & Simon were then whisked away into the night to the cheers and sparklers of their guests.
